Right of Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your subscription within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date the service was activated or the date on which you received your access credentials.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds: In order for the digital service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The subscription was purchased in the last 30 days.

• The service has not been violated by prohibited actions (such as restreaming or unauthorized multi-device login).

The following cannot be refunded:

• Subscriptions that were customized to your specific requirements or clearly personalized.

• Services that have been fully consumed or where the expiry date has already passed.

• Accounts that have been banned due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any service that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Digital Goods As this is a digital service, you are responsible for providing the necessary account details so we can deactivate the service before the refund is processed. We cannot be held responsible for issues during the refund process due to incorrect payment information. We are unable to issue a refund without actual verification of the service deactivation or proof of the original transaction.

Gifts: If the subscription was marked as a gift when purchased and then sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the subscription wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
